Part Time Accounting Assistant
The Part-Time Accounting Assistant provides clerical and data entry support to the finance team by accurately entering daily cash receipts and registration data into QuickBooks Desktop. This role also supports credit card reconciliation by locating Mastercard receipts, matching them to monthly statements, and ensuring complete and accurate entry into the accounting system. Hours will range from 15 to 25 per week during the academic year, depending on workload at any given time. There may be opportunities for increased hours during the summer months based on operational needs and the individual’s progression in the role; however, full-time summer employment cannot be guaranteed.

Referee Development Coordinator
The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking an ambitious and experienced Referee Development Coordinator to assist in referee recruitment, retention, and development strategies. The individual will have experience in refereeing and be familiar with the referee structure in Alberta. Motivation to grow the quality and quantity of the referee pool is a must. CMSA Sport Administrator - Discipline
The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking an organized and experienced Discipline Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of the Association’s discipline processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of discipline structures within sport organizations in Alberta and be motivated to uphold fair, consistent, and transparent standards across all levels of play. This important role will directly support a safe, respectful, and positive soccer environment for our 30,000+ players, coaches, officials, and volunteers. The Discipline Administrator will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable making informed decisions, managing sensitive information, and taking on new challenges.
This position is a part-time, permanent role, working 24-32 hours per week, which will at times include evenings and weekends to accommodate committee meetings and hearings.

Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team
The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.
