The Calgary Rangers SC are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Academy Director (U9–U12) to join their Technical Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their female academy programming within CMSA and AYSL leagues, ensuring a strong technical foundation and a high-quality player experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in the retention, development, and growth of our female players and coaches, and will lead all initiatives related to our U9–U12 female programming.

Grassroots Director - Calgary Rangers SC

The Calgary Rangers SC are currently seeking a Grassroots Director to join their Technical Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, administration, and delivery of their Young Rangers (U4–U8) programs, as well as leading the development and retention of community outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships.
