Rescheduling For All Other Requests (U10 – U19)
The team requesting to reschedule the game MUST FIRST email firstname.lastname@example.org with the request and provide the reason for the reschedule request.
Please note the player/team official availability or player injury are not valid reason(s) to reschedule and these requests will not be granted. If the request is granted, please follow the process below:
The team requesting should contact their home club for field availablity or the City of Calgary. It is the team that is requesting the game reschedule's responsibility to pay for the field cost.
The team requesting the reschedule must contact the opposing team to arrange a date, time that both teams agree to.
The team requesting must complete the online rescheduling form and include the approved reason for the reschedule.
The team requesting to reschedule will be charged a $30 rescheduling fee and must call into CMSA office to pay prior to the game being rescheduled online.
The online game rescheduling MUST be received by CMSA no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the originally scheduled game so that CMSA can make every effort possible to reschedule the game in a timely manner and ensure that a referee can be assigned accordingly.
