Frequently Asked Questions:

• How come a player is not showing up on our team roster? If a player does not show up on a roster, it is because they are ineligible. This is because they do not have a player waiver or proof of age on file. Please have this player contact your club to ensure they are eligible for their first game.
• How come a team official is not showing up on our team roster? If a team official does not show up on a roster, it is because they are ineligible. This is because they do not have a valid police clearance or Respect in Soccer certification; please have this team official contact the CMSA office to ensure they are eligible.
• Why can’t I see my team when I login? If you login as a team official and cannot access your team information or roster, please confirm that your club has assigned you to a team. This can be done through your Household Account.
