To register for the CMSEL, please follow the instructions and steps included below:

To be eligible to participate in CMSEL league events. The following items must be completed.

To begin players must have a team and a team name. (Player amount must be specific to the games player capacity).

Please submit the Microsoft Form Registration, this will be our main form of registration into our league.

Secondly, please complete the provided Waiver Form, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your registration. 

Once you have completed the waiver, please email the signed and dated copy to the Esport League Coordinator.

Lastly, please join the discord server, announcements and updates will be made solely through the Discord.
