SheCan
This is a development, and training project designed for women and girls to identify the challenges they face regarding soccer participation and help them succeed. The project will strive to support and advance gender equity in soccer. The core aims of the SheCan Ref Program are to inspire and develop female referees in the Calgary area.
DEVELOP
Diverse female leaders in sports are critical to creating a welcoming and safe space for girls in sports. CMSA in cooperation with support from CDSRA and CWSA wants to help develop the current and next generation of female referee leaders.
INSPIRE
We aim to support and inspire by connecting new and existing female officials to a community of amazing women who can share in their journeys as a referee
