Referee and Discipline Coordinator

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking an ambitious and experienced Referee & Discipline Coordinator to assist in referee recruitment, retention, and development strategies, in addition to coordinating the Association’s discipline. The individual will have experience with the referee structure in Alberta and be motivated to grow the quality and quantity of the referee pool. This exciting role will directly influence referee development and soccer in Calgary, having a significant impact on our 30,000+ players, coaches, officials, and volunteers.

As a part-time Sport Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and welcoming manner, while assisting League Coordinators with day-to-day office operations, email communication, and correspondence. Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.

The Calgary Rangers SC are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Academy Director (U9–U12) to join their Technical Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their female academy programming within CMSA and AYSL leagues, ensuring a strong technical foundation and a high-quality player experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in the retention, development, and growth of our female players and coaches, and will lead all initiatives related to our U9–U12 female programming.
