Sport Admin - Travel Permits & Member Services
The Sport Administrator - Travel Permits & Member Services supports the League Coordinators by preparing correspondence, responding to inquiries, and assisting with general office administration. The role represents CMSA through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring professional, responsive, and welcoming experience. Key responsibilities include managing travel permits and Photo IDs, supporting player registration processes, and assisting with the administration of clinics and tournaments. The role also provides administrative support to CMSA staff as needed to ensure the efficient delivery of programs and services.

Referee Development Coordinator
The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking an ambitious and experienced Referee Development Coordinator to assist in referee recruitment, retention, and development strategies. The individual will have experience in refereeing and be familiar with the referee structure in Alberta. Motivation to increase the quality and quantity of the referee pool is a must. Grassroots League Match Day Coordinator/Event Team

The Calgary Minor Soccer Association is seeking outgoing individuals to support the CMSA Grassroots League and CMSA tournaments/events this season on a part-time basis. This position will report to the Tournaments and Events Coordinator and the CMSA Technical Manager and will be responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating the CMSA U7-U9 Grassroots League Match Days, as well as tournaments and competitions hosted by CMSA.

Executive Director - Edmonton District Soccer Association

The ED is the operational leader of EDSA, reporting directly to the President, and through the President to the volunteer Board of Directors. She or he serves as the Association Secretary. The ED is responsible for all operations and staffing of the Association within the budgetary limits as directed by the Board, and ensuring compliance with the Association’s Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and Policies. The ED is expected to recommend changes, amendments, or revocations of these to the Board as they are identified. Additionally is responsible for coordinating the disciplinary process under the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
